Me! What can I say, I am me! I love my family and I live for those precious little moments. You know the ones that you want to write down and never ever forget. I have a fantastic husband who is forever believing in me and encouraging me. My kids, all five of them are spectacular. They are, of course, my favorite subjects to photograph, since the chaos is never ending around here, there is plenty of good material. They have even been known to pick up my camera and get some pretty great shots!
My dad is the one who really got me into photography. I never thought of him as being very creative, that was always my mom’s department. Then, I found some old photographs of my brother and me that dad had taken and developed himself. They were beautiful, simple B&W shots that told a story. He gave me my first camera. The old, all manual Minolta that he had used many years ago to take those wonderful images. I can’t imagine how much money my parents must have spent in film and developing. It taught me so much! He is now my biggest fan and my biggest critic, and anything I have doubts about I take to him. He is always willing to set me straight. I know that he is really proud of me and where I have taken my photography. Just don’t tell him that I know that….

My husband has all the business sense and I really wish he would share some of it
I rock in air soft – did I mention that I rock at air soft – I am just saying!
Gumdrops should be a daily staple, like milk or cheese
I home school my kids and love the chaos that ensues each morning. Every day is a new adventure and I love the chaos (ok, MOST mornings I love the chaos – other mornings I hide)
